Brad Cummings is a Partner at Newcastle Partners based in the Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Newcastle in 2015, he served as the Senior Director of acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures for the West Coast within CBRE Global Investors’ Managed Accounts Group. His primary duties included sourcing, negotiating, conducting due diligence, client development, debt origination, and closing institutional investments across the Western US. During his tenure at CBRE Global Investors, he closed investments totaling $2.5B spanning 45+ capital market transactions on behalf of various pension funds, life insurance companies, corporations, international banks, a private REIT, and the Core Fund. Mr. Cummings has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Boston University.
